As a Construction Manager, I have over 25 years of
experience providing the following services:
- Management of all disciplines and company staff required for project completion
- Management of all day-day construction activity
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Preparation and implementation of project schedules and budgets
- Negotiation and administration of subcontracts
- Chairing or co-chairing client, architect, consultant, subcontractor, and company staff meetings
- Chairing or co-chaired health and safety meetings
- Management of hard and soft landscaping
- Management of all site work infrastructure with regards to water, sanitary, storm, gas, hydro, and communications
- Reviewing and signing off on client monthly billings, subcontractor payments, budget revisions and procurements
- Management of all regulatory testing and inspections at a municipal, provincial, state, and federal level
- Management and commissioning of building science, fire alarm, testing and occupancy
- Maintenance of project documentation
